Position: Spanish 1st Line Service Desk Analyst
Location: Mckinley, Taguig City
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: P75,000

Requirements:
β€’ Open for both Native and Non- Native Spanish Speakers
β€’ Proficient in both Spanish and English
β€’ Technical Support and Service desk experience is an advantage
β€’ At least Vocational level
β€’ Knowledge in Microsoft application is a plus

Responsibilities:
β€’ Provide 1st level technical support
β€’ Troubleshoot related concerns and queries
β€’ Respond to software and hardware inquiries
β€’ Assist customers in logging system
β€’ Update and track the incoming calls in the system
