Responsibility:

• Create and manage dial plans and routes for cloud PBX
• Request, assign and manage telephone numbers
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 incidents related to user account administration
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 incidents with desktop application
• Troubleshoot call quality issues and engage with other Association Third Parties as required.
• Resolve L2 incidents related to Ring Central Office performance and functionality, raise incidents to the Association’s Third Party as required
• Maintain technical and environment administration documentation used to support Ring Central Office
• Maintain skills needed to support Ring Central Office
• Maintain day-to-day working relationships with the Association Third Parties as required to deliver the Base Services


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field
• Experience in Avaya plus VoIP and OBX
• With at least 2 year experience in Network Administration/Operations
• Preferrably FEMALE
