We work directly with patients to collect, digitize, and manage their complete medical records, empowering them with control over their care through a personal health timeline. Through this work we’re building the data sets that power some of today’s most cutting edge medical research. The office in Cebu, Philippines is responsible for medical record processing operations — RNs, Medical Technologists, Pharmacists and Collections Agents who work with a wide-range of medical records, creating usable databases and beautiful timelines. In addition, the Cebu office is a new tech startup office with its own challenges and opportunities — ones we feel are best addressed by a strong, local team.

Job Brief

We are looking for an HR Assistant to cover HR Operations for our night shift employees.

An HR Assistant shall be point of contact for employees for HR concerns such as but not limited to benefits administration (corporate and statutory), health, employee engagement and talent management.

The job of an HR Assistant is important to business success. People are our most important asset and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of a complete HR Assistant job description and specification.

Responsibilities

  • Point of Contact for HR operations for night shift and graveyard employees.
  • Shall administer First Aid
  • Shall coordinate company to medical facility transport should the need arise.
  • Shall be the point of contact for the annual physical examinations, its preparation and completion.
  • Manage site health awareness by developing programs that are geared towards employees wellness.
  • Shall coordinate Intellicare concerns for covered shift.
  • Conduct home visit as requested and approved by management
  • Shall conduct medical certificate verification should operations require to authenticate sick leave/ medical leave availment
  • Dispense medicines based on established protocols and assessment of employee’s medical concern.
  • Shall be in charge in replenishing the first aid kit and medicines and ensuring that all medical supplies have not exceeded their expiration dates. Handles procurement and coordination with Finance.
  • Shall keep track of the health data of employees, and reports the same to management for their proper action.
  • Assists in implementing benefits both corporate and statutory, which includes but not limited to SSS/HMDF loans, PHIC CSF, etc.
  • Assists employees for any HR-related concerns
  • Nurture a positive working environment

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed Nurse.
  • Good working knowledge in statutory benefits administration
  • Must be willing to work on night shift but flexible to take shifts when required.
  • Has demonstrated good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) as the job will entail dealing with various stakeholders.
  • HR Operations’ experience is an advantage (Health, Benefits, Employee Engagement and/or Talent Management).
