JOB OBJECTIVE
The Recruitment Specialist will do end-to-end quality recruitment to help our team scale faster.
• Carries out the recruitment process from paper screening, testing, behavioral interviewing, pre-selecting of employees for final interviews, to extension of job offers.
• Creatively reaches out to both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet staffing needs.
• Maintains candidate records and documents all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1-year recruitment experience (preferably in a BPO setting).
