Position: Spanish Service Desk Analyst
Industry: KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing)
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Midshift (Weekends off)
Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig City

Requirements:
· Preferable Non- Native Spanish Speaker
· Proficient in both Spanish and English
· Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder of Computer Science and other related courses
· Knowledge in Microsoft server, workstation and network technologies if a plus
· Preferably with background in troubleshooting using Spanish
· Customer service and technical support experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Monitor and support the internal clients for the technical related concern
Responsible in translating the issues, request and concern using technical tools
Provide Tier 1 level of technical support
Timely check the system for some errors
Receive and process requests/issues
