ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
Ensure all prospect customers receive the highest level of service by answering inquiries and resolving issues, primarily through email and chat.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Preferably with college degree. Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Must have 1-year BPO experience handling international account.
