Position: Mandarin HR Helpdesk
Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna
Industry: IT Company
Salary: P 70,000 - P 90,000 (Still Negotiable)

Schedule: Night-shift (4pm-1am)
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• 2 years’ experience as HR Generalist or HR Helpdesk
• Fluent in speak, read and write Mandarin
• Willing to work in Sta. Rosa
Responsibilities:
• Handle individual queries through calls and emails from all their employees
• HR representative of the account, answering calls from Chinese speaking employees.
• 20% Calls and 80% Admin job
Recruitment Process:
• Online exam
• Face to face interview with HR and hiring manager (English)
• Foreign language assessment for candidates’ reading and writing
• Essay writing – with foreign characters
