JOB OBJECTIVE

To provide leadership, training, coaching and support to a team of Customer Service Representatives and Claims Auditors in meeting and exceeding performance metrics.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Manage team performance by providing coaching and feedback, counseling and mentoring, and delegation of tasks whenever necessary to achieve performance metrics.
• Supervise the team’s overall attendance and behavior to ensure compliance with our Employee Code of Conduct.
• Manage workforce to meet the productivity goals.
• Submit performance and productivity reports to the client.
• Train and conduct certification exams of new team members through the use of training materials provided.
• Act as primary point-of-contact to the client.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Supervisor or equivalent role with experience in the field of customer service.
• Must have handled a US account.
• Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
• Strong English communications skills in both speaking and writing.
• Willing to work on graveyard shifts.
• Background in auto claims or other types of insurance is a huge plus.
• Knowledge in cars is a plus.
