The Human Resources Generalist Will facilitate day-to-day HR activities focused on employee relations, services, and talent management. Coordinate and serve as a bridge between departments and other HR units.Assist the HR Manager in overseeing HR operations and processes and in ensuring that all employee practices are aligned with company policies.

Requirements:
• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources; at least 3 years in the HR Generalist role and 2 years as business partner
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology, is an advantage but is not required
• Knowledgeable in Labor Laws and Company Code of Conduct
• Satisfactory result during the Behavioral Interview
• Must have strong organization and communication skills
• Must demonstrate sound analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must possess strong and logical decision-making skills
• Must display ability to collaborate with employees across all levels and use different communication styles
• Must possess positive attitude and respond productively to challenges
• Must display ability to adapt to heavy workload
• Must multitask but still have attention to detail
• Must practice good judgment in upward and downward communications
• Must display ability to adapt to different tools and technology
• Must be willing to work during graveyard shift or any other working hours, as needed
