Company Profile: It is a leading BPO company known for their multi-channel customer services. They have digital solution, analytic solution BPO non-interaction, best location, contact center, internet interaction, vip and specialized solution and connection. They have been providing customer support for since 1978.

• Preferably Non-native candidates
• Proficient in Thai and English Language
• Open for High school or College Level
• BPO experience is a plus
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

• Provide accurate and detailed information about the company's products and policies to customers
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure brand trust and gold standard experience
• Managing all refunds, exchanges on our e-commerce platform, and organizing refunds via relevant payment gateway
• Responsible in coordinating with Thai speaking clients
• Perform other tasks
