- Call out and verify loan application from Dgital channel
- Verify clients encoded data and conduct requirements' completion
- Handle inquiries made through in-bound call and / or walk-ins
- Encode customer data/loan application to Welcom Finance Inc. System upon receipt
- Immediately turn over qualified application to Loan Center
- Perform other task assigned by Department Head, Division Head and Immediate Superior
Required:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With At least 6 months' experience in customer service related work/job
- With background in Banking/Financing
- Good quality of speaking
