Position: Mandarin HELP DESK
Location: Malate, Manila
Industry: IT company
Schedule: Day shift
Salary: P30,000-P50,000

Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software
Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution
Advise management of potential risks that may have an impact on customer base and operating environment
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Requirements:

Can speak, read and write Mandarin and English Language
With Bachelor’s /College Degree in any field
Background in a related field is a plus but not required
Knowledgeable in computer applications
