Position : Japanese Building Construction Manager

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8-5 pm, but may be required to work during Saturdays as overtime due to construction company

Requirements:
• Japanese National here in the Philippines or abroad
• Good communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s Degree graduate of Engineering or any related field
• Preferably with years of experience in working in Engineering field
• With experience in building management construction

• エンジニアの分野で数年の経験をもっていると望ましい
• 施工管理の経験があること

Responsibilities
• Responsible in managing and assisting the manager in factory building management
• Overseas the project on the construction site and manage the day to day operations.
• Responsible in supervising the construction site to its completion.
• Attend client meetings
• Review analyze and recommend proposals
• Always ensure that the quality of the materials, equipment and labor are inline with the company standards.
• Responsible for rechecking or re-estimating the client’s request.
• Additional task from the management will be given

• クライアントミーティングに参加すること
• 分析と提案をすること
• 材料、道具、労働の質が会社の基準を満たしていることを確かにすること.
• クライアントのリクエストについて再検討すること.
• 管理層からの追加業務に対応すること
