Position: Mandarin Customer Support
Account: Leading Foreign Exchange Account
Type of job: Email and Calls job
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule Shifting Schedule
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: P90,000 Gross

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficient in speaking Mandarin
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
• With related work experience is an advantage but not required
• With at least 1-2 years working experience in any industry is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in computer applications/ Microsoft and Excel

DUTIES:
• Responsible to resolve queries of the customers through call, e-mail and chat regarding Foreign Exchange history
• Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new programs
• Manage and process for all customer related issues
• Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
