Position: Spanish VIP Concierge
Industry: Lifestyle Management Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: P50,000 - P55,000 Net
Schedule: Shift: Night Shift | Weekends-off

Requirements:
• Preferably Non- Native Spanish Speakers
• Open for Native Spanish with permanent Visa
• Customer Service experience in BPO Industry is an advantage
• Travel and event coordination experience is a big plus
• Open for high school and undergraduate

Responsibilities:
• Manage and assist VIP clients/ customers regarding lifestyle and personal management
• Research best place for the client’s preference
• Responsible in processing reservations
• Planning event aspects, such as venue, seating, dining, and guest list, etc.
• Provide quality of satisfaction to the client’s request

• Language assessment
• Type Writing Exam (In English and Foreign language)
• Final Interview with Hiring Manager – English
