POSITION: Hindi Medical device Support specialist
INDUSTRY: Pharmaceutical / BioTechnology
SALARY: Highly Negotiable
LOCATION: BGC, Taguig City

Schedule: Open for shifting schedule (Dayshift / Midshift)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible in complaint investigation and reporting
• Manages communication and follow-up of critical complaints.
• Receive inbound Customer calls and email communications and address in a professional and friendly manner.

• Ensure all inquiries and complaints are actioned as per procedures.
• Filing of all medical events and reportable malfunctions within the required timeframe.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Hindi
• Very good English communication skills
• Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
• Preferably with diploma in Biomedical Equipment Services, Medical Transcription, Healthcare Services, Nursing, Medical Engineering discipline
• Willing to work in shifting schedule
• 2-3 years experience in the same field is required
• Can start ASAP
