Requirements:
• Filipino proficient in Japanese language and with Good English communication skills
• N1-N2 passer/level (non-passer)
• Bachelor’s Degree holder in any course
• Preferably with at least 3 to 5 years HR/CSR experience or other related experiences
• Computer literacy - Exel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
• Amenable to work in Pasay
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in human resource operational of the account
• Manage HR service and processes
• Responsible in human resource operational of the account
• Coordinate to Japanese employees of the company
• Improve HR process and procedures of the account
