The core mission of the Business Development Manager is to identify new business opportunities with new and existing clients, markets, and partnerships. It is your role to exploit these opportunities to create value for Payreto while answering the challenge of our clients in the form of new or improving products or service offerings. You bridge our organization to the market and vice versa leveraging your networks or creating new ones.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or any equivalent degree
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- At least 3-7 years proven work experience as a Business Development Lead/Manager in a BPO
- Must have strong sales and negotiation skills
- Well – versed with different Microsoft Office Tools
Please take note that we will not process applicants w/out BD experience in a BPO.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Handled large multinational merchant accounts/key accounts
- Master’s Degree is an advantage
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proactive and shows initiative
- Knows how to prioritize tasks according to level of criticality
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Able to simplify technical issues to non-technical client contacts
- Strong customer service/focus skills.
- Capable of multi-tasking and efficiently handles pressure
- Exhibits flexibility in dealing with changes
