• SAP and any accounting apps knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities:
• Will be part of the team responsible in ensuring the accuracy of data encoded in the system. It includes the amount the investor would like to invest
• Ensuring the the amount encoded or other data encoded are accurate before forwarding them to the finance and accounting department
• Check if there are discrepancy in the encoded data
• Communicate with the clients if there are discrepancy in the data and correct and discrepancy
• Responsible in ensuring the timely booking of trades
• In charge of investigating techniques to trade booking
• Updating of trade amendments
• Investigation of problems or issues using root cause investigation
• Identification of possible risk and escalation in any trade or booking
• In charge of pre-processing and settlement activities with efficiency and accuracy.
