Job Description
REVENUE AND EBITDA ACHIEVEMENT
100% achievement of sales acquisition, up-sell/ cross-sell and revenue targets, in general, within the area
Executes Strategies to increase business center sales
Implements sales plan for up-sell and other activities that will increase APRU
Ensures the overall profitability of the store
CUSTOMER DELIGHT
Handles escalations from the staff level. Deals with clients who need to voice our their inquiries and/or complaints (Technical or Non Technical) to the higher authority
Implements program to achieve CSAT targets
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Executes strategies to ensure business center metrics are achieve (Grow sales, First contact resolutions, TAT for processing all after sales request received and manage complaints, Collection handling, CSAT)
Ensures the safety of the branch's collection
Together with quality team, analyzes business center statistics and use the data to improve business center operations
Comply with all necessary reports needed by other departments
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
Mentors and coaches' people
Together with training team, identify training opportunities to ensure competence and continuous leaning for team members
Conducts regular meetings
Performs job evaluation review and feedback mechanism
