 Degree in Computer Science or any related course
 Proficiency in SQL
 Working knowledge of MS SQL/Oracle Databases
 Proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or Cognos
 At least 5 years of solid experience in business analysis and 3 years in a senior business analysis role
 3 - 5 years of experience in banking / financial services sector
 3 - 5 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes
 3 - 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications
 2 – 3 years in data management (data modelling, data migration/ETL, data assurance) and report development
 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
 Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
 Must be knowledgeable in systems development cycle
