-Manage the Service Management team who is the primary point of contact of the business for matters related
to service disruptions, service request fulfilment, access management, etc.
-Serves as a point of communication to the business and a point of coordination for the different IT groups and
processes
-Responsible for ensuring that the Service Management team Key Performance Indicators are achieved
-Responsible for ensuring that the agreed service level information/reports are available to the entire IT
organization in a timely manner
-Drives continuous improvement initiatives that will improve IT service management processes, in collaboration
with the different IT groups
-Responsible for ensuring that all identified risk and issues are addressed in a timely manner without causing
delays to the resolution and fulfilment of IT requests
-Provides project management leadership for service management-related projects and programs
Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related course
-Minimum 5 years of IT experience in the IT service desk/service management role
-Successfully led at least one Service Management / IT initiative
-Can work independently and provide guidance to the service management team members
-With good interpersonal skills and can deal with different users regardless of level/position, internal and
external
-Experience in technical support and IT infrastructure management a plus
