We are looking for a Project Management Officer who has excellent communication skills and is a dynamic self-starter that will assist in managing high-level clients and will be required to provide valuable input in improving and/or establishing processes for the long-term business.
The candidate is expected to have a high level of maturity with an understanding of global business operations. They must demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability.
The role is expected to manage various aspects of project management and may be reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
• Responsible for various aspects of project life cycle, from its initiation to completion, including planning, risk management, possible client interaction, support and cross communication via e-mails, chats, or calls.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and teams to negotiate scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Adapt project management framework to stakeholder, project, and team needs.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders about project status.
• Manage risks and have risk mitigation plans in place.
• Consultative mindset and problem-solving approach to drive analytical output for the team.
• Perform item sourcing activities from local/overseas suppliers and obtain quotations per client’s requirements.
• Invoice processing for AU projects.
• Track shipment and deliveries for projects.
• Provide simple mock-ups and artwork proofs.
• Support/implement activities pursued by the Director.
• Provide general support for the efforts of AU based associates.
• Other tasks that may be relevant, directly or indirectly, to supporting the achievement of the director’s personal and group (company-wide) sales targets.

Relevant Work Experience
B2B order/project management in the product or service-oriented industries, with at least 2-3 years of work experience, ideally on a global/cross-country scale.

Required Skills
• Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written.
• Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to conflict manage.
• Excellent communication skills towards clients and suppliers.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to negotiate prices and lead times.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing and logistical concepts. Knowledge in different print methods on merchandise is a plus.
• Tech-savvy.
• Visually creative.
• Resourceful.

Education and Training
A college degree and/or substantial professional training in one or more of the following, or closely related areas:
• Project Management
• Business Management
• Communications
• Industrial design/engineering
• Import/Export management
