Position: Japanese HR Master Data Handler
Industry: Online Shopping
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 70, 000 – 80, 000

Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any other course
• Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience in BPO or Shared Service Company
• HR experience in a Big Advantage
• Customer Service experience is a Plus

Responsibilities:
• Master data management of all HR records including employee information
• Record and update employee contact information
• Conduct monthly audit of employee data on the system
• Support HR team and solve data issues
