JOB DESCRIPTION
The Executive Secretary functions as the support to the CEO by providing secretarial and administrative assistance in an effective and efficient routine.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain well – kept travel records (if any).
Draft correspondences and other documents as needed
Screen incoming calls, messages, e-mails, visitors, correspondences, reports, and other documents.
Prepare liquidation reports and other basic financial forms.
Forward documents and checks for the CEO’s signature and approval.
Schedule meetings and prepare agenda and action points.
Take and transcribe minutes of the meeting.
Forward received documents to respective departments.
Respond to inquiries verbally or in writing

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
Must have the ability to communicate information and ideas whether written or verbal.
Has the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Must be adept at scheduling events and managing calendars.
Must be able to handle sensitive documents in a very confidential manner.
Must have the knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures.
Willing to work in Diliman, Quezon City.
