JOB OBJECTIVE
Our Recruitment Specialist will perform end-to-end recruitment to help us scale faster with quality candidates.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Carry out the recruitment process from paper screening, testing, and behavioral interviewing to pre-selecting of employees for final interviews.
• Creatively reach out to both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet staffing needs.
• Maintains candidate records and documents all interactions in the applicant tracking system.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year Recruitment experience in a BPO setting.
• Must have experience reaching out to both passive and active candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
