Duties and Responsibilities
-Gather requirements and provide design guidance for all Dynamics 365 projects.
-Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical with customizations and integrations to meet the needs within Dynamics 365 (CRM).
-Support the Business Development team to develop proposals that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and options to meet project goals.
-Provides leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans.
-Translate complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to non-technical audiences.
-Ability to be client-facing including effectively communicating with the client, leading meetings, and capturing action items.
-Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design.
-Create documentation and procedures
-Assists with upgrades of on-premises CRM environments and migration to D365 cloud
-Facilitate implementation customization and configuration for D365 solutions

Required Skills
-Has experience in implementing CRM integrations to various systems using web services.
-Understanding of CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
-Experience with C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, SQL Server, JavaScript and the CRM SDK is preferred.
-Experience extending Dynamics CRM workflows using .Net components.
-Significant experience in development and support of CRM applications.
-Experience in building database queries and procedures.
-Excellent process orientation, planning, organizational and problem solving skills.
-Demonstrated ability to solve complex software development issues.
-Demonstrated ability to work in a complex organization to determine business and customer needs, providing the best solution to meet those needs.

Other abilities specifically required as a Managed Service Provider:
-A strong desire to become a key member in a technical team coupled with a genuine interest in helping the customers you work with.
-Protects our clients’ value by keeping information confidential.
-Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
-Achieving organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to contribute to organizational success.

Qualifications:
-Strong interpersonal, facilitation skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills for client facing activities.
- About 3-5 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM Cloud product strongly preferred
-Proactive thinking with a ‘can do’ attitude.
-Any Microsoft certification is a big plus
-Willing to travel to different client locations within Metro Manila if needed.
-Can prioritize multiple task at any given time
-Can manage his/her time effectively
-Can work with less supervision
