KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide an excellent level of customer service through answering all customers inquiries.
• Make outbound calls in relation to settlements such as detail confirmation or in response to pending customer requests.
• Process customer forms and documentation and update in external business partner systems or send to third parties for actioning, as appropriate
• Processes back office tasks such as processing funds transfers; providing updates on balance and loan enquiries; processing customer’s requests
• Communicate and create history notes accurately to reflect updates on the loan
• Proactively resolve difficult issues, service requests and customer queries.
• Meet daily service agreement goals in production and turnaround times.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion over sensitive documents

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business-related course
• Minimum of 2 years of experience dealing directly with customers on the phone
• Experience with an Australian Mortgage account is highly preferred
• Highly organized with an emphasis on attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
