Job Description:

Elicitation and documentation of business requirements
Process analysis and documentation
Analyse business requirements
Documentation of functional requirements and acceptance criteria
Working with IT and business project teams to ensure a quality delivery
Prepare requirements for small feature enhancements for the small jobs project team
Mapping processes and workflows
Conducting requirement workshops
Manage competing stakeholder requirements
Working with external clients to facilitate or assist in the delivery of their projects
Conduct ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ analysis

Experience working on delivering IT and Business Projects
Comfortable working with many unknowns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in process analysis and improvements
Creative problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently without micro-management
