Position: Vietnamese Fraud Analyst
Industry: Shared Services (Online Shopping Company)
Location: Taguig City
Salary: (Negotiable)
Schedule: Dayshift

Requirements:
Open to foreign and local Vietnamese speakers
Proficient in both Vietnamese and English
Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Preferably candidates residing in the Philippines
Willing to work in Pasay City
Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
Responsible for observing various customer transactions to flag or identify suspicious activity
Communicate effectively via email and/or telephone with customer base - buyers, merchants and internal customers
Ensure confidentiality of all information collected during investigation.
Monitor constantly customer and transactional records
Participate in ad hoc projects/assignments as necessary
