Any business and accounting course, preferably with legal and collection recovery background
Job Summary:
actual visitation to customer sites, investigate status and communicate findings
Checking relevant information accurately, summing up and preparing legal actions if no payment received
Ability to conduct thorough research for debt recovery case
Ability to understand legal terms and procedures
Summarize depositions, correspondence and pleadings
Prior to Legal endorsement, submit all findings to Collection Manager for presentation to Risk Management Committee on for approval.
Monitor progress of accounts endorsed to Legal
Ability to be a witness in the Litigation proceedings (if needed)

Location: Taguig
Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per mont
