We are looking for an Online Researcher (Back Office Associate) with a keen eye for detail to join our growing team!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform different types of research to produce leads using multiple channels.
- Send out initial, follow up and reply emails to leads using a set of guides.
- Completely and accurately encode information and logs all related interactions in the CRM.
- Perform other back office tasks related to research.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably with Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
- 1 year of experience in a BPO or sales/marketing environment is a huge plus.
- Excellent writing in English.
- Knowledgeable in MS applications.
- Knowledge in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
