Requirements:
• Candidate with proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Thai language
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Preferably candidates residing in the Philippines
• Experience in Customer Service
• Willing to work in Taguig City
• Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in providing world-class support to company’s Sellers and Vendors
• Identify the root cause of escalations, create execution plans, and negotiate with cross-functional teams
• Receive questions from Selling Partner Support Operations related to Legal/Policy related matters and provide answers for them.
• Documenting processes and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders.
