Position: Japanese Technical Helpdesk (8 HEADS NEEDED)

Schedule: Dayshift

JOB DETAILS:
Requirements:
• Proficient in Japanese and English Language
• Graduate of Computer Science, IT or any related course
• N1 to N3 Passer or L1 to L3
• Proficient in Microsoft Application such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
• Preferably with 2 years Helpdesk experience
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact person of the Japanese clients
• Coordinate the details needed to the development team lead assigned to the clients
•Translate information from Japanese to English and vice versa
• Review translation and ensure quality of deliverables
