Position: Japanese HR Assistant (Php 75,000 -Php 85,000)

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact person in attending to HR related inquiries
• Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes
• Create strategy for HR service improvement
• Conduct employee training including preparation of training materials
• Perform other projects and duties as required
Requirements:
• JLPT N1/N2 Passer
• Bachelor’s Degree holder in any course
• Preferably with HR experience
• Flexibility to work in shift schedule environment
• Fluent in English
• Computer literacy (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook)
