Qualifications

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any IT related course
With at least 1-2 years of related work experience as GTxNOC Engineer or other related field
Must have a basic knowledge in Network Technologies (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, Subnetting and DWDM Technology)
Willing to work on shifting schedules
Preferably local resident of Angeles City, Pampanga or nearby areas

Job Description

Accomplish optical monitoring report for all DWDM backbone network
Monitor all alarms seen on Network Monitoring Tools
Notify concerned group on network outage and creation of advisory
Monitor 3rd party network activities and events and notify concerned group and creation of network notification advisory
Develop technical and troubleshooting skills
