Qualifications

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any IT related course
With at least 1-2 years of working experience in Network Operations Environment
Must have a basic knowledge in LAN, WAN, DOCSIS, GEPON Networking Technologies
With driver's license and can drive 4-wheels (Manual and Automatic Transmission)
Preferably local resident of Angeles City, Pampanga or nearby areas

Job Description

Active monitoring of all network outages/ impairments
Process all customer calls/ emails and take ownership of issues until resolution
Prompt and proper escalation to concerned departments
Basic troubleshooting and solve technical problems such as CPE WAN and LAN
Basic knowledge in IP Services such as WAN and LAN, L2 Services
Bandwidth utilization monitoring such as Cacti and Grafana
