Job Description
Training Facilitation
The role will provide operational support to the Transition Management Group including through Training Delivery
Process and Policy Training of newly onboard business center personnel (both for additional HC or backfill) or other applicable departments that may require the training catered by the team
Refresher training to mitigate non-performance of new/tenured business center personnel
Expertise in managing participants class behavior while maintaining an encouraging learning environment
Provide necessary coaching and feedback session to trainees
Prepares regular end of training reports
Training and Materials Development
Work with training manager to identify training needs for the target audience
Assist in or produce training content for classroom training
Assist in documenting, maintaining and regularly updating business center policies/ processes manuals, facilitator and learners guide
Work with the training manager and other departments to ensure alignment on policies/processes as a partner on change management
