Qualifications

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any IT related course
With at least 5-7 years of related work experience as System Administrator Team Lead or other related field
Advance knowledge in Linux and Windows Operating Systems, Server Hardware and other related software
With Advance Linux Certification/ CCNA/ ITIL
With driver's license and can drive 4-wheels (Manual and Automatic Transmission)
Preferably local resident of Angeles City, Pampanga or nearby areas
Make sure to attach your most updated resume for us to further assess your qualifications

Job Description

Ensure all received service request are being addressed
Ensure server and application uptime
Provide tier 3 support of unresolved issues from team leaders
Resolve server and application faults if any is escalated from team leaders
Teach scenarios and troubleshooting patterns to enhance trouble resolution
Prepare and process purchase request for anything needed by the team for approval of higher management
