Responsibilities:
Planning and executing end-to-end implementation process of core banking, Internet banking and credit scoring solutions;
Evaluating client needs, preparing gap analysis reports, documenting business and system requirements;
Setting up and configuring system parameters;
Assisting clients in the data migration and verification processes;
Testing and troubleshooting final system setup and configuration;
Providing training and end-user support during and after the implementation process;
Acting as the primary point of contact for a client to manage expectations, concerns and requirements.
Supporting pre-sales team in product demonstrations, project scoping and proposal preparation;

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in the banking industry
Conversational fluency in English
Solution-focused approach and analytical thinking
Team-oriented work culture
Good communications skills
Positive attitude at work
