Position: French Service Desk Analyst
Industry: KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing)
Location: Mckinley, Taguig City
Salary: P 75,000 - 80,000 Gross

Requirements:
Filipino that can speak, read and write French
Native French with permanent residency in the Philippines
Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any related course
Medical experience is a big plus
Knowledgeable in Software and other IT technology
Responsibilities:
Manage database and tools of the research company
Prepare tool manuals and guidelines
Participate in tool/system training
Assist client for technical challenges
Analyze problem to identify possible solution on technical errors
