Position: Spanish Medical Helpdesk Support
Industry: KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing)
Salary: P75,000 Gross
Schedule: Shifting
Location: Pasig City

Requirements:
Preferably with 3 years experience in BPO industry
Open for Filipino national who is fluent in Spanish
Proficient in English and Spanish (Speaking and Writing)
Preferably a Bachelor Degree in Nursing, Med Tech and other medical related courses
Can understand medical terminologies
Fast typing skills (50 words per minute)
Responsibilities:
Responding to clinical inquiries via call or email
Provide instructions for the use of medical products
Keep track and update the customer and research medical data
Directly coordinate with the researcher for the medical inquiries
