Filipino can speak Japanese (JLPT N1-N3 passer)
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or any related course
Excellent English communication skills
With more than 10 years IT experience
With strong People Management Skills
With solid knowledge in IT Infrastructure technologies such as VMware, Network, Messaging system, Servers, Intel/Unix
Preferably with ITIL Foundations V3 Certification
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and executing projects based on client needs.
Responsible to ensure client satisfaction by effectively handling the project details by preparing plans, budget and schedules
Responsible to track service metrics of the team and analyze project status
Responsible to make execute strong incident management, handle and solve problems
Responsible to ensure deliverables and prepare service delivery report
