Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any course
Fluent in English
With solid network knowledge
CCNA, CCNP, ITIL V3/V4 Certificate is a Big advantage
Responsibilities:
Responsible to handle Infrastructure Operations and Infrastructure Service Management
Responsible to certify that the performance will be proficiency by managing policies, processes, equipment and data
Responsible to attend serious and complex Infrastructure incidents
Responsible to handle escalations and emergencies
Responsible to attend to emergency and resolve reported issues
