Position: Japanese Senior Associate (N1 or N2 passer)

Salary: P 75, 000 - P 85,000 (negotiable)
Location: Pasig City
Schedule: Dayshift

Requirements
• Proficient in Japanese and English
• With JLPT certificate - N1 or N2 passer
• Bachelor degree graduate of any course
• With work experience in HR / similar role preferred

Responsibilities
• Act as a key HR contact person regarding Onboarding process
• Responsible for the employees who are new start, transfer, and rehire, including offer creation for Japanese candidates.
• Audit all onboarding and transfer data and information
• Assist and communicate with HR departments
• Responsible for answering and resolving queries and concerns via email, phone and chat / instant messaging
