ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Oversee team performance by providing coaching and feedback including delegation of tasks whenever necessary to achieve performance goals.
• Perform back end tasks, email and chat support to assist clients both actively and pro-actively.
• Supervise the team’s overall attendance and behavior.
• Manage workforce to meet the productivity goals.
• Submit reports to the client and act as their primary point-of contact.
• Determine and recommend areas for improvement of the account’s product information, procedures or policies.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Supervisor or equivalent role with experience in technical support under an international account.
• Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
• Strong English communications skills in both speaking and writing.
• Ability to coach and train to maximize performance.
• Willing to work night or graveyard shifts.
