Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Sales, or IT related courses or, similar working experience in the related field.
Experience in customer support for North American customer or any US Accounts
Must have 1 to 3 years of Sales and Marketing experience, preferably.
With Salesforce experience, not necessarily development experience as long as he/she can navigate across different Salesforce objects
Amenable to work on night shift
Currently on work from home set up but applicants must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark if required
Can start ASAP/30 days notice
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work on Level I to Level III escalated cases for resolution or proper endorsement to Channel Operations.
Work with dealers, operations team and business owner to resolve client issues or request.
Participate in product and knowledge trainings, and realignment meetings to enhance and further develop customer service and technical skills needed to maintain an understanding and expertise in the functionalities of Digital Application and Dealer Processes, and how it is used within the organization.
Collaborate with various business segments within the organization about process streamlining which involves partner account set-up and management.
Perform Ad Hoc tasks as provided by management.
Attends and participates in meetings as required
