Position: American Customer Service Trainer

Requirements:
Preferably native American/Canadian
Must be fluent in English language
Open to Graduate or Undergraduate of Any course
Willing to work in Shifting Schedule
Knowledge of culture in America is a plus
No Experience required but background in Customer Service is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Help to deliver effective product and soft skills training for new hire and tenured employees.
Help to create and design training manuals and modules
Ensure consistency for all training materials and keep them up to date.
Monitor and report on trainee’s progress, including evaluation of training output
Provide performance feedback to Customer Service Operations managers/team leads regarding trainee’s progress.
