Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping

• Invoice Processing

• Bank reconciliation

• Reconciling the payments against the invoices

• Preparation of VAT returns

• Review of profit & loss and balance sheet

• Preparation of management reports and forecasts

• Documents management

• Administrative tasks as required by the client

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy

• Experience in a BPO is a must

• With experience in using Xero / AU or UK/US accounting

• Excellent in communication skills

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Must be willing to work on UK shift (3:30 pm to 11:30pm )

Work from home setup until further notice

Work location: Eastwood
