Position: Japanese Support (Work from home)

Salary: Up to P 90,000
Location: Mckinley, Taguig (Work from home)
Schedule: Dayshift/ Mid Shift

Requirements:
Proficient in Japanese language
Graduate in any medical related courses or Engineering
No experience needed
With knowledge in Microsoft tools
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to medical devices issues.
Provide first level support in basic troubleshooting of the product
Documenting concern and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures
Evaluate and identify impact team performance and customer experience.
